This restaurant also caters to vegans and vegetarian alike. The menu changes depending on the possible trend the market offers. The Brantry restaurant is owned by famous Taupo sisters, Prue and Felicity Campbell. Prue Campbell is an award-winning chef who has spent time training overseas. Prue has won numerous Beef and Lamb Cuisine Awards and hence considered as one of the top 5 chefs in New Zealand. Felicity Campbell, on the other hand, has also spent time abroad in the industry. She runs the front of the house with a very professional, knowledgeable and a welcoming team.
The recent renovation means we now offer a very classy yet homey environment for small conferences catering up to 25 people. The Brantry has a reputation for great service with delicious catering options.
