We brought the car for a service and a Wof to this Garage. We did ask to check our front gear brakes, because we where very sure they need to be changed, they didn’t work well including realising air because it hit the bottom to break. We pick up our car and first able it was the most expensive bill for this job. No brakes has been changed they diagnosed the brakes are fine no need. they could not found any issues. After traveling in the West Coast for 3 weeks we couldn’t trust our brakes anymore, so we turned the car in to a other garage and they changed the brakes and showed us that there are completely done, very dangerous to drive like this. we took fotos for evidents. Also they found the other problem the brake cylinder where damaged what courses the other problem. We are rally upset about this place Bell Autos in Rotorua. It was a very unprofessional service for a easy problem to find.
