Pre-paint house washing

For some instances, we also remove loose paints for a perfect finish when the new paint is applied. This is to avoid a bubbly and flaky finish.

Here at TLC Housewash, we first spray the surface with a special cleaning agent. The cleaning product that we use does not only eliminate this fungus and moss, it also prevents them from coming back. Afterwards, we use a pressure water washer (from medium to high) to completely clean the surface. We then wash away any splashback to ensure everything is clean.

Roof washing and treatment

Roofs may look dull after years of exposure to changing weather. For a faster roof washing and treatment option, we use a combination of cleaning agents. Our cleaning agents also include mould, lichen, and moss killer. As it is quite dangerous to climb up high and clean the roof, there is an additional charge for usage of our safety rig harness.

A cheaper alternative is applying our slow-acting yet long-lasting mould, lichen, and moss killer which works over a period between 2 weeks and 6 months (depending on moss type).
