At the Central Hastings Early Learning Centre, we make an environment where our children can grow and enhance their full potential. In our safe yet fun centre, they can experience and learn a lot of great things. Central Hastings Early Learning Centre is located in the former spacious grounds of the Hastings Bowling Club. Our inside facilities allow to house the children where they can find a fun place to stimulate their learning. Our outdoor area features a relaxing ambience of greeneries and different activities that the children can enjoy to do. Part of our objective is to help the children develop their physical strength and self-discovery. As they stay within the walls of this centre, we encourage them to develop respect towards each other and a sense of belongingness.

Our centre features a cosy, secured, and nurturing learning environment that embodies the quality of education and childcare that we provide. We formulated a curriculum that will effectively guide our children to learn the value of character, language, and cultural differences. Also, we take pride in our unique natural environment that supplements your home – making them feel that they are still home away from your home. We take advantage of our environment to allow the children to explore, grow, and develop a sense of responsibility.
The Central Hastings Early Learning Centre community all work together making the welfare of our tamariki the heart of all efforts. We conduct regular activities that allow the parents, leaders and teachers have a collaboration to produce the best approach for our children. In addition, we highly encourage the involvement of each parent to promote family relationships.
Pricing
Our rates include 20 hours of free ECE funding for up to 6 hours per day. Kindly refer to the following rates depending on the age of your child:
Three years old and below:
- 6-hour days – $34 (daily rate) – $160 (weekly rate)
- 10-hour days – $47 (daily rate) – $210 (weekly rate)
Over three years:
- 6-hour days – Funded for the first 3 days then $30/day (daily rate) – $60 (weekly rate)
- 10-hour days – Funded for the first 3 days then $45/day (daily rate) – $140 (weekly rate)
Note: You can contact us for the late pickup fees or you may refer to the Information Booklet for details.
Do you offer ECE funding?
Yes, we do. You can avail free ECE funding for up to six hours per day and up to a total of twenty hours per week.
I have 2 kids to enrol. Is there any discount that you can offer?
We offer a sibling discount. You can have 10% off for your 2 children enrolling and 15% off for three siblings.
