The Edgewater Palms Apartments is your gateway to an unforgettable holiday experience in Bay of Islands. Situated near the golden sands of the bay meets the Pacific Ocean.
Our accommodations offer a picture-perfect view of the waterfront, tropical landscaping, and the beach. The rooms with a garden view give you lush, tropical landscaping of bromeliads and palms near the pool. Our Ocean View rooms are located each with a perspective giving you a stunning backdrop of the Pacific. Lastly, the Waterfront accommodations give a direct elevated view of Bay of Islands and view of the sunrise over the hills of Russell.
On top of your accommodation needs, Edgewater Palms can also cater to your pets’ as well.
We are happy to extend our services to your K9 friends that will be staying with us. Your pets should be accompanied at all times of course. We have available apartments that have a patio or balcony where your pets can roam around and play. Please give us a call first so we can further discuss this amenity.
Alfresco’s is our restaurant & bar, located next to Edgewater Palms. We make use of fresh ingredients and give you a great dining experience in Paihia. Also, we are open for room service if you opt to stay in your rooms. In addition, we provide catering for different occasions, weddings, conferences, and other functions.

Is there available parking?
Yes. Edgewater Palms provides guests with free parking for the duration of their stay. Each apartment has 3 car parks available.
The car park is secured by entry and exit gates.
Elevator access is provided to all apartments from the basement.
You may also keep your vehicles in the basement if you are participating in afternoon activities or overnight cruises after you’ve checked out – free of charge.
