Family Holiday Accommodation in Bay of Islands

Bayswater Holiday Home is perfect as a family rental accommodation conveniently set on the waterfront of Paihia. Great for large groups or families on a holiday in Bay of Islands. Our inn is just a few minutes away from the township of Paihia and the dock, Bay of Islands’ tourism centre.

Our beach house has two levels where you will find the dining area, open plan kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. Also, leading in front is a huge deck with a scenic view of the waterfront. In addition, there’s a bar for that afternoon cocktail or capping the night off.

The ground level has 4 double bedrooms. There are three queen-sized beds and a double bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Also, there’s a lounge area where we have two king-sized single beds and a bathroom.

Please be mindful of our payment policy. We request 50% on booking and the balance to be settled 30 days before arrival. Full payment is requested if guests book in less than 30 days. This is to ensure all amenities are well prepared prior to your arrival.

Once you’re settled in, the convenience of going around town would be seamless. A lot of stores and restaurants are nearby so it’s easy to grab some groceries or dine out.
