Cascades Lakefront Motel is a well-known motel located lakefront on the serene Lake Terrace. Our rooms cater for families, friends, corporate guests, children, and other groups. Situated on a spacious area with room for kids to run around, parking for vehicles or even for guest’s chill time.

Recently, Cascades Lakefront Motel has ranked as the 12th Most Popular Kids Activity in Taupo because of the wide range of activities for children that we offer. Kids can also hang out at our fun playhouse and spring-free trampoline. Heated swimming pool and spa are also available at any time of the day. Guests can explore the lake using our paddleboards and kayaks for only NZ$15 to NZ$30 per hour and kids ride for free!

For the guests who are fond of the streetlights and lively town, our bikes can be rented. For extra adventure, guests can hire out mountain bikes and discover the mountain trails Taupo is famous for.

Our 24 spacious self-contained units all have different designs. No rooms have an identical design as the other but all units show the astonishing views of the Lake Taupo. All units have a free Wifi connection and continental breakfast is also provided. We also offer laundry services and washing machine, dryer, and the clothesline is also accessible.
