The cafe offers house roast which is a blend of South American Honduras and Brazilian Cerrado coffee beans. This produces a perfect balance of chocolate taste and velvety nutty flavours all in one. You will really never get enough of it!

We grew up in Matakana and spent most of our lives in between Auckland and some parts of Australia. We then decided to move back home to start a business and call it our own. Our desire was to have a food joint where we can serve the best and wildest burgers we can make. We were able to find an old fish and chip shop and converted it to a diner. And after that, Pauly’s was born.

It’s not just all about the burgers. We also have an amazingly friendly service. We make sure we cook your food to your preference.
